Albinism
Full loss of pigment, resulting in a white dragon. This affects the entire body, including claws, horns and eyes.
Amelanism
Reduced/Missing melanin (black/brown pigment), usually causing light colouring caused by other pigment (like red, yellow or blue). Generally produces lighter colours than Xanthochromism or Erythrism
Erythrism
Excessive red colouring, caused either by an absence of non-red or overproduction of red pigments
Leucism
Partial loss of pigment, causing white scales, but generally does not affect claws and horns.
Melanism
Excessive melanin, which darkens the scales, making them dark brown or black.
Piebald
Areas of no pigment, causing white patches. There appear at hatching and do not grow or change with age.
Vitiligo
Loss of pigment that appears later in life instead of at hatching, which tends to spread.
Point Colour
Heat-sensitive Albinism, which lightens warm areas (such as the body), while leaving cooler parts (like the limbs and face) dark.
Xanthochromism
Unusually yellow colouring
